How many times can I reuse my LashAuras lashes?
With proper care and cleaning, our premium silk and faux mink lashes can be worn up to 25 times. Always store them in their original tray to maintain their shape.
Are your lash adhesives safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes, our lash adhesives are latex-free, formaldehyde-free, and hypoallergenic, making them perfect for those with sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Do you offer vegan and cruelty-free products?
Absolutely! LashAuras is 100% cruelty-free. We do not use real mink fur; instead, we use high-quality synthetic fibers that mimic the look and feel of natural lashes.
Can I apply mascara to my false lashes?
We recommend applying mascara to your natural lashes before putting on your LashAuras. Applying mascara directly to the falsies can cause buildup and shorten their lifespan.
